About the Position:

We are a small animal privately-owned veterinary hospital in gorgeous Sooke, BC, where the rainforest meets the ocean. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time or Full-Time Veterinarian to join our growing hospital, currently made up of four doctors and our fantastic team. We are a full-service animal hospital committed to providing excellent customer service though building long lasting client and patient relationships. We provide high-quality veterinary services such as in-house laboratory, diagnostics, surgery, dental services, digital radiology, ultrasound and progressive medical treatments. If the candidate is interested we can expand to a full-time position that could include part-time mobile services. There is also the potential for mixed animal practice if desired.

Requirements:

A valid veterinarian license in British Columbia, Canada.
Proficient in performing a variety of soft tissue surgical procedures (spays, neuters, lumpectomies)
Competent with dentistry
Skilled with preventative medicine and management of medical cases
Exceptional interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication
